1. Warranty Period

We offer a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase for the original owner. This warranty covers all Gorich Tents purchased through our official website.

2. What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including:

  • Broken or malfunctioning pop-up mechanisms.
  • Defective stitching or fabric tears occurring under normal use.
  • Missing or broken components upon arrival (stakes, sandbags, carry bags, poles, etc.).
  • Significant UV protection degradation beyond normal weathering.

3. What is NOT Covered?

While our tents are tough, they are not indestructible. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal Wear and Tear: Fading over time, minor scuffs, or small snags from regular use.
  • Extreme Weather Damage: Damage caused by gale-force winds, storms, or leaving the tent unattended in severe weather.
  • Misuse & Improper Care: Damage from incorrect folding, sharp objects, or storing the tent while damp (mildew).
  • Unauthorized Alterations: Any modifications made to the original structure of the tent.

4. How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Ensure Registration: Verify that you have registered your warranty.
  2. Contact Us: Email support@gorichoutdoors.com with:
    • Subject: Warranty Claim - [Your Order Number]
    • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect.
    • A brief description of how the issue occurred.
  3. Evaluation: Our technical team will review your claim within 3-5 business days.

5. Resolution

If a defect is confirmed, Gorich will, at our discretion:

  • Send Replacement Parts (e.g., new poles or stakes) at no cost to you.
  • Provide a Brand New Replacement tent if the issue cannot be fixed with parts.
  • Issue Store Credit if the specific model is no longer in stock.

To ensure your Gorich tent lasts for many summers to come:

  • Shake it Out: Always remove sand and debris before folding.
  • Dry it Off: Ensure the fabric is completely dry before long-term storage to prevent mold.
  • Anchor Securely: Always use the provided sandbags and stakes to prevent wind damage.
