U.S. & Canada Orders: For the vast majority of our orders, there are no additional import duties or hidden customs fees upon delivery. We manage our logistics network to ensure a smooth, domestic-like delivery experience.

International Orders: In the rare event that an order is shipped to a destination outside the U.S. or Canada, any applicable local import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO: Due to the physical dimensions of our beach tents, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. A physical street address is required.
