You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for either a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your beach tent must be in "New Condition"—unused, free of sand/debris, and in its original packaging with all accessories (stakes, sandbags, poles, and carry bags) included.

Inspection: All returned items undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
2. Return Shipping & Fees

Customer Responsibility: For all standard returns (including change of mind, wrong size selected, or exchange requests), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Fees: Initial shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong model, Gorich will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all costs to resolve the issue.
3. How to Process Your Return
