At Gorich, we stand behind the quality of our beach tents. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process for our customers in the United States and Canada.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for either a refund or an exchange.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your beach tent must be in "New Condition"—unused, free of sand/debris, and in its original packaging with all accessories (stakes, sandbags, poles, and carry bags) included.
  • Inspection: All returned items undergo a quality inspection at our warehouse. We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use, damage, or missing components.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customer Responsibility: For all standard returns (including change of mind, wrong size selected, or exchange requests), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Initial shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong model, Gorich will provide a prepaid shipping label and cover all costs to resolve the issue.

3. How to Process Your Return

To ensure your request is handled efficiently, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Submit Your Request Email support@gorichoutdoors.com with the following information:

  • Subject: Return Request - [Your Order #]
  • Details: Your full name, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason (e.g., "Exchange for different size" or "Refund").

Step 2: Ship the Package Once our team approves your request (typically within 1–3 business days), we will provide you with the Return Warehouse Address.

  • Please use a trackable shipping service of your choice.
  • Pro Tip: We strongly recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is processed.

Step 3: Quality Check & Resolution After your package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection.

  • For Refunds: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (1–14 business days depending on your bank).
  • For Exchanges: Once the returned item passes inspection, we will process your replacement order.

 


Important Guidelines for Beach Tents:

  • Cleanliness: Please ensure the tent is dry and shaken out before packing. Tents returned with significant sand or moisture may be subject to a restocking fee or rejection.
  • Packaging: Use the original box to prevent damage during transit. Items damaged due to poor packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.
